Walking with the Lost follows Hunter, a city dweller who returns to his reserve just as society begins to fracture. It is a place he once left behind, full of unfinished feelings and complicated memories. Now, with collapse looming and whispers of a jiibay apocalypse spreading, it may be the only place left to stand his ground.
Reservation life was never built for comfort, and it was certainly not built for the dead to rise. Supplies are thin, trust is thinner, and old divisions surface quickly. Corruption festers in local politics. Religious voices grow louder with warnings of prophecy fulfilled. Nearby towns eye the reserve with suspicion and fear.
Forced to relearn the land and reconnect with his people, Hunter must rely on instinct, community, and the teachings he once ignored. Survival will not come from heroics, but from unity, hard choices, and the will to protect what remains.
